14 IRGC members killed clearing unexploded munitions in Iran Fars News Agency reported that 14 members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed and two others injured when unexploded ordnance detonated in Zanjan Province in northwestern Iran. The personnel were part of a specialised unit tasked with clearing unexploded munitions from the area, with the agency saying about 1,200 hectares of agricultural land had been affected by remnants of explosives.
