By accessing and using Azadi Wire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Azadi Wire is a free, non-commercial news aggregator that collects and displays publicly available English-language news articles about Iran from third-party sources. We do not produce original journalism. All article content belongs to the respective publishers.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. Articles are fetched automatically and categorized by an AI model; misclassification may occur.

4. Third-Party Content

Azadi Wire links to articles hosted by third-party news organizations. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those external sites. Following a link to any third-party site is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

Article titles, summaries, and thumbnails are the property of their respective publishers and are displayed under fair use for the purpose of news aggregation. The source code of Azadi Wire is released under the Unlicense.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Azadi Wire or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Privacy

Azadi Wire does not collect personal data, use cookies, or employ third-party tracking scripts. Server logs may be retained by Cloudflare as part of standard infrastructure operations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
