Berri Rules Out Talks without Ceasefire in Lebanon

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri said that political discussions in Lebanon will remain suspended until a genuine ceasefire is achieved, effectively ruling out any presidential meeting in the near future.
