China opposes use of force in Middle East, warns it would "legitimise unlawful" action: UN envoy

New York [US], April 3 (ANI): China's permanent representative to the United Nations has voiced Beijing's firm resistance to any measures that would allow member states to engage in military action within the Middle East, Al Jazeera reported. Addressing the international body, Fu Cong stated that such an authorisation 'would amount to legitimising the unlawful and indiscriminate use of force.
