Tehran [Iran], May 19 (ANI): Iran Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has termed the 'contradictory and excessive behaviours' of the United States as a major obstacle to diplomacy, Al Jazeera quoting the Iran's ISNA news agency reported.
