Drone attacks damage Kuwait power, water plants Iranian drone attacks caused “serious material damage” at two electricity and water distillation plants in Kuwait, the country’s Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy said. Spokesperson Fatima Abbas Johar Hayat said the “criminal aggression” led to the outage of two power-generating units, though no casualties were reported. The attacks are the latest to hit infrastructure in Kuwait, following earlier drone strikes that sparked a fire at the Shuwaikh Oil Sector Complex and caused “significant damage” to a government office complex.
