Tehran [Iran], July 12 (ANI): Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf on Sunday (local time) issued a stern response to the US attacks, stating that the 'one-sided' Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two sides was 'over.
