Explosions heard after projectiles hit S. Iran coast; U.S. claims strikes

TEHRAN, June 27 (Xinhua) -- Explosions were heard Friday night in Iran's southern Sirik County, Hormozgan province, after projectiles hitting an area in the coastal village of Tahrui, state-run IRIB news agency reported, as the U. S. military said it struck Iran's coastal military targets.
