In a statement carried by Lebanon's National News Agency, the ministry said the attack struck the vicinity of a medical centre. “The ministry reiterated its condemnation of these repeated attacks, and recalled Article 19 of the Geneva Convention, which states the need to ensure that medical facilities are protected from any danger caused by attacks in conflict zones, while the opposite is actually happening," the report read.
