Ghana reappoint Carlos Queiroz as head coach

(Photo credit: James Lang-Imagn Images) The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reappointed Carlos Queiroz as the national side's head coach less than two months after the 73-year-old appeared to step down from the role following the team's exit from the World Cup. Queiroz took over the Black Stars in April following the dismissal of Otto Addo, and led them to the round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup.
