Gunfight outside Israeli Consulate in Istanbul; 1 killed, 2 injured

ISTANBUL, Turkey: Turkish police shot and killed one attacker in a gunfight outside a building housing the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, and injured two others on April 7. The three assailants had opened fire at the police, sparking a gunfight that left one attacker dead, Turkish officials said. The two other assailants were wounded and captured.
