Hacker group linked to Iran claims cyberattack on US corporation An Iran-linked hacker group claimed responsibility for a cyberattack targeting Stryker, a Michigan-based technology company, saying the attack was retaliation for US and Israeli military strikes on Iran. The group, known as Handala Team, said on social media it targeted about 200,000 systems, servers and mobile devices and described Stryker as a “Zionist-rooted corporation. ” Cybersecurity researchers have previously linked the group to Iran’s Intelligence Ministry.
