Hamas says Gaza ceasefire implementation talks continue in Cairo Husam Badran, a member of Hamas’s political bureau, says discussions with mediators on implementing the US-brokered Gaza ceasefire agreement are continuing in the Egyptian capital. The meetings are taking place “in a positive and responsible spirit, aiming to ensure the success of the current round of talks, protect our Palestinian people, and thwart the occupation’s objectives and plans”, Badran said in a statement shared by Hamas on Telegram. The talks come as Israeli attacks on Gaza continue despite the ceasefire.
