Hezbollah chief again rejects Lebanon-Israel deal, refuses 'surrender' Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem on Friday again rejected a deal struck between Israel and Lebanon and said his group refused to "surrender" nearly six months after Israel launched its war on the country.
