Hezbollah: Helicopter infiltration sparked clashes with Israeli soldiers Hezbollah on Saturday said its fighters clashed with Israeli troops after what it described as a helicopter infiltration in eastern Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, AFP reported. In a statement, the group said four Israeli military helicopters entered from the Syrian direction before troops advanced toward the town of Nabi Chit. Hezbollah said its fighters engaged the troops near a cemetery in the town, after which Israeli forces launched air strikes and began withdrawing.
