Hezbollah says it bombed Israeli base near Safed Hezbollah said it launched missiles at an Israeli military base of Mahfa Alon southwest of Safed, describing the strike as part of a series of operations against Israeli forces. Hezbollah also said it attacked an Israeli armoured unit in Deir Siryan in southern Lebanon with artillery shells and fired an air defence missile at a helicopter near the border town of Adaisseh, forcing it to withdraw. It added that it struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the al-Malikiyah site.
