Morocco signed an agreement in Rabat on 15 July to formalise its participation in the ISF. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita; Nickolay Mladenov, director general of the BoP; senior defence officials and ISF commander Jasper Jeffers.
