HRF Files Vietnam Complaint against Israeli Reservist for War Crimes, Genocide

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) filed a criminal complaint with Vietnamese authorities against Matan Jerafi, an Israeli reservist and CEO of the Israeli Zionist NGO Im Tirtzu, for war crimes, genocide and incitement to genocide, the foundation said on Aug. 7.
