HRF says Dutch took no action against Israeli soldier despite criminal complaint The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has said that Dutch authorities took no action against an Israeli reservist despite an urgent criminal complaint accusing him of war crimes during his visit to the Netherlands. HRF said it filed the complaint with the Dutch National Public Prosecutor’s Office against Leon Khlebnikov, an Israeli reservist and tank gunner, who was in the Netherlands from July 26-31 The complaint under the Dutch International Crimes Act accused Khlebnikov of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against Palestinians. HRF said the complaint centres on his documented involvement in destroying civilian infrastructure in Gaza, including the demolition of a school in Rafah, which he posted on social media.
