According to a statement carried by Iranian state media, the meeting took place in Tehran and focused on regional developments and cooperation between Iran and Pakistan. The statement said Pezeshkian "emphasised Pakistan's constructive and effective role in supporting the path of diplomacy and helping to consolidate the results of the negotiations".
