Iran Calls for Immediate Talks on Elimination of Nuclear Weapons

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An Iranian UN envoy called for the launch of negotiations at the Conference on Disarmament on a legally binding convention for the complete and verifiable elimination of all nuclear weapons, warning that modernization of nuclear arsenals is undermining global disarmament efforts.
