TEHRAN, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi will not hold any negotiation with U. S. officials during his visit to Pakistan's capital Islamabad, the semi-official Tasnim news agency reported on Friday.
