Iran's FM Spokesman: Islamabad Talks Failed, But Diplomacy Never Ends

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said the talks between Iran and the US in Islamabad, Pakistan, has failed to yield results, but at the same time noted that diplomacy never ends.
