Iran says final talks depend on implementation of US-Iran MoU clauses Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says Tehran will not begin negotiations on a final agreement before key clauses of its memorandum of understanding with the United States are implemented. Ghalibaf said Iran is waiting for the implementation of clauses 1, 4, 5, 10 and 11 of the MoU. Those clauses relate to the cessation of hostilities in Lebanon, the removal of the US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, and safe passage for commercial vessels without charge for 60 days.
