According to Iran's IRNA news agency, Gharibabadi, who heads Tehran's technical negotiating team, said four working groups had been created to address the main areas of discussion. The groups will focus on sanctions relief, Iran's nuclear programme, reconstruction and economic development, and mechanisms to ensure both sides comply with the memorandum of understanding.
