Iran says Tehran, Washington working to finalize MoU on ending war

TEHRAN, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Saturday Iran and the United States are working to finalize a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on ending the war.
