Iran told negotiations with US hinge on comprehensive ceasefire: Hezbollah official Iran had informed Hezbollah that talks with the United States could not continue without the implementation of a comprehensive ceasefire, the Hezbollah member of parliament Hassan Fadlallah said on Friday.
