Iran Urges Collective Action by Littoral States to Save Caspian Sea

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The head of Iran’s Department of Environment stressed that saving the Caspian Sea from the consequences of its declining water level requires joint action by all five littoral states, warning of far-reaching impacts on the ecosystem, ports and livelihoods of coastal communities.
