Iranians are victims of authorities’ choices, UN Security Council president says

Iranians are victims of decisions made by their own authorities and of repeated episodes of mass repression, Jérôme Bonnafont, France’s UN ambassador and president of the Security Council for September, said as he outlined the council’s Iran agenda.
