Iraq says fuel oil vessel struck in its territorial waters Iraq’s Oil Ministry says an unidentified object struck a fuel oil storage vessel operating in the country’s territorial waters. The impact caused limited damage to the ship’s hull but did not result in any cargo leaking into the sea, according to the ministry. The Iraqi Oil Tankers Company had chartered the vessel.
