Israeli Regime Drone Strike Hits Hospital Compound in Central Gaza

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An unidentified number of Palestinians were injured when an Israeli regime drone struck a tent inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital compound in Deir el-Balah in central Gaza, according to colleagues on the ground.
