Israeli strikes hit several towns in southern Lebanon Israeli air strikes have targeted the southern Lebanese town of Barish in the Tyre district, as well as the towns of Froun and Burj Qalawiya in the Bint Jbeil district, according to reports from Al Jazeera’s team on the ground. At least one person was wounded in the strike on Burj Qalawiya, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.
