Israeli strikes kill several in southern Lebanon, state media reports Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency reported that Israeli forces launched several air attacks on the town of Deir ez-Zahrani at dawn, killing several people and wounding others. The strikes reportedly hit residential buildings while residents were sleeping, prompting emergency rescue operations. The agency said rescue workers were searching for victims and that “a number of people remain trapped under the rubble”.
