Lebanese army says Israel violated June framework agreement 7,700 times The Lebanese army said Israel has violated the June framework agreement aimed at ending the war, disarming Hezbollah and a phased withdrawal of Israeli troops from southern Lebanon approximately 7,700 times. In a statement posted to social media on Wednesday, the army said that Israeli attacks have increased in recent days, killing at least 12 people in southern Lebanon's Kfar Reman and completely destroying 85 percent of homes in the town of Zawtar al-Gharbiyeh. The statement said that the continued bombardment "threaten[s] existing understandings and arrangements, and hinder[s] the army's efforts to establish stability" in the region.
