Netanyahu says Israeli troops have crossed north of Litani River Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a surprise visit to the Lebanese border, where he confirmed that Israeli troops had crossed north of the Litani River and advanced south of the city of Nabatieh.
