New explosions heard in Iran's southeastern port city of Chabahar New explosions have been reported in Iran's port city of Chabahar, in the southeast of the country, according to Mehr news agency. Iran’s Fars news agency also reported that an earlier US attack targeted the residential area in the coastal city of Kuhestak in the Hormozgan governorate. US attacks on southern Iran have continued, targeting areas in Bandar Abbas, Qeshm Island, Konarak, Chabahar, Jask, Sirik, Lavan, Jiroft and Asaluyeh.
