OIC, former Qatari PM welcome Saudi-Turkey-Pakistan defence pact The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has welcomed the signing of the Mecca Agreement on Joint Defense between Saudi Arabia, Turkiye and Pakistan.
