Over 1,400 killed as US-Israeli strikes hit homes, hospitals in Iran More than 1,400 people have been killed in US-Israeli strikes across Iran since the start of the conflict, with attacks reported in more than 200 cities, according to reports from Tehran. Explosions and air defence activity were reported in the capital and other areas, including Kharg. The strikes have hit a wide range of sites, including residential buildings, schools, hospitals and facilities linked to the Red Crescent, in addition to military and government targets.
