Qatari official says 'positive progress' made on US-Iran MoU Qatar's Foreign Ministry spokesperson says "positive progress" was made on issues related to the memorandum of understanding following a separate meeting between Qatari and Pakistani mediators and the US and Iranian delegations in Doha.
