Red Cross Condemns Israel’s ‘Unwarned Massacre’ of Lebanese Civilians

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) strongly condemned Israel’s use of heavy explosives on densely populated Lebanese neighborhoods—including Beirut—without prior warning, calling the attacks a massacre of civilians.
