Video shared by the outlet showed the vehicle engulfed in flames as an emergency responder attempted to extinguish the fire. The citizen journalism group Mamlekate also reported that an ambulance travelling through an alley in Tehran’s eastern Tehranpars district stopped suddenly after a loud explosion.
