Reuters: Senior Iranian official says Iran fired warning shot to US warship A senior Iranian official told Reuters on Monday that Iran fired a “warning shot” against the US navy vessel to prevent its entry into the Strait of Hormuz, but is unclear as to whether any damage was sustained.
