New Delhi [India], June 14 (ANI): Congress leader Manish Tewari on Sunday slammed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio over his remarks during the conversation with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar concerning the attacks by the US in the Gulf that killed three Indian mariners, and said the comments are 'abrupt, abrasive confrontational.
