Russia is a pleasant place for Jews chief rabbi

The comment came as Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the countrys Jewish community on Passover Russia is a good place to live for Jews as it has a low level of anti-Semitism and provides a lot of opportunities for development, the country's chief rabbi, Berel Lazar, has said.
