Spain PM condemns Israel ‘assaulting a civilian flotilla’ bound for Gaza Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has said that Israel is “once again violating international law” by detaining civilians on board an aid flotilla headed for Gaza in international waters. Sanchez called on the EU to “suspend the association agreement” with Israel “NOW”. EU members Germany and Italy have also condemned the move from Israel earlier on Thursday.
