Sri Lanka denounces rising Middle East death toll, shelters Iranian sailors Sri Lanka has denounced the rising death toll as a result of ongoing exchange of attacks between Israel and America against Iran. The country has also opened it arms to over 200 sailors following a US assault on Iranian vessels. The crew were brought ashore on Thursday and were being accommodated at a military camp near Colombo.
