Ukraine has hit an oil facility and industrial site in Russia's Perm region, roughly 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, according to Russian officials, as US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, discussed a potential temporary cease-fire aimed at pausing the four-year war in Ukraine.
