University hit in Iran, dozens killed as US-Israel target civilian infrastructure Dozens of people were reported killed in US-Israeli attacks across Iran as heavy bombardment struck multiple parts of Tehran overnight, Al Jazeera reported. Strikes hit eastern, southern and western areas of the capital, including damage around Sharif University of Technology, where buildings near the campus were heavily affected. The report said a nearby gas facility was also targeted, and that multiple cities, including Karaj, Shiraz, Isfahan and Bushehr were hit.
