US cannot decide South Africas G20 participation minister

No single member can decide to bar another countrys membership, Pretorias International Relations Minister has said South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola has said the US cannot exclude Pretoria from the December G20 Summit, noting that the country is a founding member.
