Massie, who has been in office since 2012, has emerged as a vocal anti-war and anti-foreign aid voice on the right, as well as an Israel sceptic and an aggressive proponent of the release of all of the Epstein files. He has also frequently been a target of President Donald Trump and his Make America Great Again movement.
